
Chinese tech firm Lenovo's flash sale of its flagship product K3 Note via Flipkart saw 45,000 units of the device run out of stock in just 5 seconds.
It was third flash sale of the device which was launched in June for Rs 9,999. The sale was available for white and black variants.
Lenovo's first flash sale for K3 Note took place on July 8, when the company sold over 47,000 units in 5.2 seconds. In the second flash sale last week, Lenovo sold 50,000 units in 8 seconds. Demand for the handset continues to grow even after a month of its launch.
The K3 Note runs Android v5 (Lollipop) operating system and has a 13.97 cm capacitive touchscreen.
The dual sim (LTE + GSM) phablet is powered by 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 (MediaTek MT6752 64-bit 4G LTE) Octa Core Processor. The device is also Wi-Fi enabled.
It sports a 13 MP primary camera and 5 MP secondary camera. It has an expandable storage capacity of 32 GB.
