
Mobile handset maker Motorola on Tuesday said it is launching a pilot project this month to offer customer care service at the doorstep of consumers across Delhi-NCR.
Starting first week of August, Motorola is launching 'Moto Xpress, a pilot project to provide after-sale services to its consumers at their doorstep in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, it said in a statement.
A home pickup and drop service, the 'Moto Xpress' will rectify software and accessory related issues, on the spot within an hour and hardware issues will be resolved within 5 working days, it added.
The service will be available for Rs 199 per service.
Motorola has 160 service centres across the country. It also has a Moto Care Service and Experience Centre in Bengaluru for consumer touchpoints as well as a Moto Help App to directly chat and call customer care executives.
