Along with the
Lumia 920, Nokia's flagship
Windows Phone 8 smartphone, the company announced a stylish yet mid-range device as well. The Lumia 820 has the unibody look with a removable back cover that can be with exchangeable shell design. It will have a 4.3 inch CleraBlack OLED WVGA sensitive touch display with 800 x 480 resolution.
Powered by 1.5GHz dual core Snapdragon S4 processor, it will have 1GB RAM.
Other features include 8 MP auto focus camera with Carl Zeiss optics, dual LED flash, full HD 1080p video capture at 30 frames per second.
As the phone offers 8 GB internal storage, it also has a microSD card slot along with 7 GB free storage on SkyDrive. The Lumia 820 packs in a 1650 mAh battery with support for Qi wireless charging. The Nokia Lumia 820 will be made available in red, yellow, grey, cyan, purple, white and black in a few selected countries by the end of this year.
