Reliance Jio down! Users complain of weak or no signal

Reliance Jio sers reported facing issues with the network on Wednesday morning.

According to Downdetector,  an online tool for reporting app and website issues, around 285 people from across the country reported a similar issue.

While 60 per cent of the users who reported the issue on Downdetector, pointed out they got a weak signal whereas 30 per cent reported 'no signal' on their phones.

Users took to Twitter to complain about slow internet and calling issues. Many users also reported issues with Jio Fibre. 

According to Downdetector, the outage is going on with over 500 users reporting the issue. Users started facing problems since 11 AM. 

The outage seemed to be across the country as users on Twitter tweeted with #JioDown from cities like Mumbai, Pune, Chandigarh, Noida, Delhi, Calcutta, and many others.

By 4 pm, the reports had declined on Downdetector. However, Twitter users still complained of no restoration of services and the #Jiodown continued to trend.
