
After launching the Mi 4i in India through the flash sale model, Xiaomi is now making the smartphone readily available (open sale) across its online e-commerce partners. Starting today, consumers do not need to register and wait for the weekly flash sale to purchase the Mi 4i. Priced at Rs 12,999, the Mi 4i will be available on Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal as well as Mi.com.
The announcement comes soon after the launch of the Xolo Black, which went on sale on July 13 on Flipkart for Rs 12,999. On the specifications front, the Mi 4i has a 5inch full HD display with 441ppi, a 1.7Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (1.1GHz quad core + 1.7GHz quad-core) processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB internal storage, runs on Android Lollipop with MIUI 6 and has a 13 MP rear camera with 4128 x 3096 pixels, autofocus and LED flash.
It is a sleek smartphone with 7.8mm thickness. On the other hand, the Xolo Black features a 5.5inch full HD OGS smudge-free display with 1080p resolution and 401ppi, 64-bit Snapdragon 615 (2nd generation) octa-core chipset, 2 GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and expandable to 32GB. While the Xiaomi Mi 4i has a great camera, the Black features dual camera setup with a 13MP sensor and one 2MP sensor on the rear.
