
Sony's recently launched flagship smartpone, the Sony Xperia Z2 has been officially priced at Rs 49,990. The company has also announced some lucrative freebies to go with it. These include the Sony SmartBand worth Rs 5,999, a premium case worth Rs 2,990 and an accidental damage cover along with access to some free content.
Interestingly, even with all these freebies, the market operating price of the Xperia Z2 is reported to be Rs 46,900. This further makes it good value for money over the competition.
The Sony Xperia Z2 has got dust and water resistant body and features a 5.2 inch full HD display. Weighing 163 grams, it packs in a 20.7 MP camera, 2.3GHz quad-core processor, 3GB RAM, 16GB internal storage and support for expandable memory of up to 128GB. It runs on the latest version of the Android KitKat too and has got an impressive battery of 3200 mAh.
