Portronics Pure Sound Pro
Loud and Clear
Portronics Pure Sound Pro
Price: Rs 3,499
Phone docks and sounds bars are becoming more popular than traditional music systems, thanks to their size and the multiplicity of connectivity options they offer. The Portronics Pure Sound Pro is a battery-powered portable soundbar that can play music from any of your mobile devices. It also has an in-built FM tuner and can play directly from an SD card or USB drive. The FM tuner is pretty good with a scanner and has a music quality as good as MP3. Though the company claims the USB cable is good for both power and transmission, it works only if the PC is not connected to another sound output. But the Pure Sound Pro has really good sound and can the volume can be cranked up, if needed. The Turbo Bass is impressive and make this one stand apart from other devices in this price range.
+ve: Plays FLAC/APE Design, size
-ve: No Bluetooth No equaliser
Business and Pleasure
Dell Latitude 6430U
Price: Rs 69,990
The Dell Latitude 6430U is sleek, lightweight, stylish, and above all, powerful. The softtouch surface of the body is a bit like Dell's Alienware laptops. The 6430U is a business ultrabook and comes with enterprise features such as vPro-enabled, along with Intel's set of security and manageability capabilities. It also meets best compliance standards as far as data protection is concerned. It has a third generation Intel Core i5 processors that makes it a very powerful device, and is convenient to use, thanks to a keyboard that is spill resistant, a rare trackpad with left/right keys both at the top and bottom and a track spot in the middle. The 14-inch HD (1366x768) Anti-Glare LEDbacklight screen is good and will not cause eye fatigue. There are also a host of ports around the edges of the device.
+ve: Manageability Battery life
-ve: Just 128 GB storage Sound not so great
