Meanwhile, the launch event for Honor Pad 9's direct competitor –– Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 2024 –– is taking shape. The Honor Pad 9 also comes with a free Bluetooth keyboard, but no stylus. However, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite comes with an S-Pen but no keyboard. Both the tablets support features like Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
As for pricing, the 2022 variant of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was priced around Rs 25,000 in India, whereas the Honor Pad 9 is priced starting Rs 22,499.
Currently, we are testing the Honor Pad 9, and we will share our detailed review of the Android tablet very soon. But for now, on paper, the Honor Pad 9 definitely seems to look like a better deal than the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.
