iQOO Neo 9 Pro will launch on February 22, and we already have its display, battery and chipset details

The iQOO Neo 9 Pro 5G is scheduled to launch in India on February 22. While the pricing of the smartphone will finally be revealed only during the launch event, other details about the smartphone have almost all been teased or revealed by the company itself. While the company has already teased the design, chipset, and RAM and storage details about the smartphone, now an Amazon microsite listing of the smartphone has also revealed some more display and battery details about the smartphone.

The listing reveals that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro 5G smartphone will feature a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with support for 144 Hz refresh rate and up to 3,000 nits peak brightness. The Amazon India microsite also confirms that the smartphone will feature a 5,160 mAh battery. That is impressive, considering that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is thinner than the iQOO Neo 7 Pro and still features a slightly larger battery size. In addition to that, the Amazon page also reveals that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro 5G will support 120 W fast charging.

In the teasers in the past, iQOO has officially announced that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro 5G will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. The smartphone will be available in two configurations: one with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage, and another with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.

In terms of camera capabilities, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will feature a dual-camera setup, headlined by a 50 MP Sony IMX 920 sensor, delivering photography akin to the flagship Vivo X100 Pro (review).

Furthermore, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro is also confirmed to come with the Q1 chip developed by the company, promising an immersive gaming experience with support for 144 fps and a resolution of 900 pixels. Additionally, iQOO has announced the inclusion of MEMC technology, aimed at enhancing video content on platforms like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video by introducing additional frames for smoother playback.

Teasers released by iQOO have provided insights into the design of the Neo 9 Pro, showcasing a distinctive dual-color scheme on the back panel, with a combination of red and white. Notably, a slender white strip adorns the left side, while the rest of the panel features a vibrant red hue. Lastly, it's confirmed that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro 5G will feature a flat display, offering users a sleek and modern visual experience.
