Lava Agni 5G launch next week: Specs, features, and everything we know about the company's first 5G smartphone

Now a home-grown brand LAVA is gearing up a 5G smartphone launch. The company's first 5G smartphone, named LAVA Agni 5G, will be released on November 9. The event will be live-streamed on YouTube at 12 PM IST.

Ahead of the event, Lava Agni 5G was spotted on its official website. While the listing has been removed, we have the key details of the upcoming smartphone, as per which, the smartphone will feature a 90Hz panel, MediaTek Dimenisty 810 SoC, 64-megapixel quad rear camera setup and a 5000mAh battery. The leaked listing also mentioned the price of the device, which is said to be set at 19,999. While that was a brief description of the upcoming Lava Agni 5G, we have more details to share with you. Lava Agni 5G: Specs and features

--The Indian smartphone manufacturer Lava is all set to step into the 5G smartphone market. Its first 5G smartphone Lava Agni 7, will arrive on November 9 in India. The smartphone was recently spotted on its official website, revealing multiple details of the device. The available renders showcase the smartphone with a rectangular camera module. It appears to be housing a quad rear camera setup with an LED flash. The smartphone has a blue colour finish in the renders. Currently, it's unknown if the smartphone will be available in more colour options.

--On the front, it has a centred punch-hole display. There's a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which should also act as the power button. At the bottom, it features a speaker grille, a type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.

--As far as the specifications are concerned, the Lava Agni 5 may get a 90Hz panel. We are guessing Lava will use an FHD+ LCD panel on this smartphone. Further, the smartphone was listed with the Dimesity 810 chipset, which also powers the Redmi Note 11. It is an octa-core chipset based on a 6nm manufacturing process and clocked at 2.4GHz. The smartphone could get up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.

--If the renders are to be believed, the Lava Agni 5G will get a quad rear camera setup. A 64-megapixel primary sensor may feature on this smartphone. The details of the other three sensors and the selfie shooter are currently unavailable.

--The Lava Agni 5G could ship with a 5000mAh battery. It may come with some kind of fast charging. We have learnt that the smartphone will run Android 11 out of the box.
