
The Samsung Galaxy S22 is going to make its debut next week. Samsung has put out a bunch of launch teasers. However, they barely reveal any details of the upcoming devices. That said, leaks have given us a fair idea as to what we can expect from Samsung's flagship S22 series. Like the current lineup, Galaxy S22 is to bring three devices- Samsung Galaxy S22, Samsung Galaxy S22+ and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. These devices will be announced at the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 9.
In a recent leak, official-looking images of the three devices were revealed. These images alleged to be from the Samsung Italy website also include the dimensions and screen size of the phones. The key specs of these devices are also mentioned in the pictures. As per this, the devices will be equipped with the Exynos 2200 chipset and 120Hz dynamic AMOLED displays. The S22 and S22+ will get 50-megapixel primary sensors, while the top-end S22 Ultra will be offered with a 108-megapixel primary lens.

--The Samsung Galaxy S22 series will be unveiled on February 9. However, leaks have already given us a peek at the upcoming devices. In a fresh leak, popular tipster Evan Blass revealed official-looking pictures with specs of the upcoming devices. The images are said to be from the Samsung Italy website.
-- The Samsung Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ appear in similar-looking designs as their predecessors. While the higher-end S22 Ultra can be seen in a refreshed design. The Samsung Galaxy S22 measures 146x70.6x7.6 mm, the S22+ measures 157.4x75.8x7.6mm and the S22 Ultra measures 163.3x77.9x8.9 mm. These phones will sport 6.1-inch, 6.6-inch and 6.8-inch displays, respectively. All of these will be AMOLED panels with a dynamic refresh rate of 120Hz. The S22 and S22+ will have a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. While the S22 Ultra will have a higher peak brightness at 1750 nits.
-- The complete lineup will be powered by the Exynos 2200 chipset, which will be paired with the company's Xclipse GPU based on AMD RDNA 2 architecture. Samsung is likely to ship these devices with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipsets based on the region. The brand has been shipping its flagship series in India with Exynos chipsets. Thus, we expect to see Exynos variants in the country.
-- The Samsung Galaxy S22 and Samsung Galaxy S22+ will feature triple rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 30x Space Zoom. The two devices will be offered with 10-megapixel selfie cameras.
-- On the flip side, the flagship Galaxy S22 Ultra will sport a 108-megapixel primary camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 10-megapixel telephoto camera, and a 10-megapixel periscope sensor with 100x Space Zoom. At the front, it will have a 40-megapixel camera for selfies.
-- As far as the charging is concerned, S22 and S22+ will get support for 25W fast charging, while the S22 Ultra will support 45W charging.
Samsung is all set to unveil the S22 series on February 9. While the official pricing will be revealed on the date of launch, Jon Prosser gave us a peek at the expected pricing. According to this, Samsung Galaxy S22 will be priced at $799 (roughly Rs. 59,800), Galaxy S22+ will be priced at $999 (roughly Rs. 74,800), and Galaxy S22 Ultra will be priced at $1,199 (roughly Rs. 89,800).
