A batch-topper in MBA at XLRI, Jamshedpur, Rekha Menon's first job was as the only woman employee in auto major Ayesha Mototrs.  Part of the founding team at Talisma and Adithi Technologies and member of several executive management teams, she is involved with NGOs working closely with under privileged children.
