Samsung has pushed back to end April the launch of its Galaxy Tab 2 due to issues with its Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

The 7-inch and 10.1-inch versions of the Android based tablets were slated to go on sale in March, but the month didn't witnessed any launch. According the reports, Samsung said the Galaxy Tab 2s will now launch at the end of this month.

The company reportedly wants some more time to work on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system.

The second generation of Samsung Galaxy Tab boasts of a 1GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM and a 1024 x 600 resolution touchscreen. The tablet will also have AllShare a feature which enables wireless sharing of content such as music and videos.
