The Google Pixel 6a is getting a big discount at the ongoing Flipkart Diwali sale. Currently, the phone is retailing for Rs 34,199, down from the MRP of Rs 43,999. The phone is also available with bank offers, meaning customers further have the option to drop its current price. For instance, SBI and Kotak Bank credit card users can get Rs 1,250 off. SBI card users will get up to Rs 1,750 off on SBI credit card EMI transactions.

Flipkart is offering some deals to Paytm users during its Diwali sale. For instance, if you pay with your Paytm Wallet, the platform will offer Rs 100 instant cashback. If you purchase the phone, the platform is giving the option to purchase Google Nest Hub 2 for just Rs 3,999.

Lastly, users also have the option to drop the price to Rs 30,000-mark by availing the exchange offer worth up to Rs 16,000. Realistically, customers may get up to Rs 5,000 off on trading old Android phones.

Who should buy the Google Pixel 6a?

Launched roughly two months ago, the Pixel 6a is a great choice for customers who like the Android OS. The phone offers the cleanest Android UI experience, and they also have the option to test the latest features in the Android space. Looks-wise, the Google Pixel 6a is quite attractive, though it features a plastic build, which everyone may not like.

Its camera system is similar to the old Pixel phones, though Google has improved its computational capabilities to deliver sharper and richer photos. It packs the proprietary Tensor chipset bundled with up to 8GB of RAM. The phone also comes with a 4410mAh battery, though there's no option for wireless charging.

If that is your requirement, then the Nothing Phone (1) is a good option to consider. If you want an all-rounder phone for the same price, then the Poco F4 5G is an option worth considering.
